Returns & Refunds policy
At XFY Tech, we are committed to client satisfaction and delivering high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our work, which includes time-based service delivery, custom designs, and strategic consulting, we follow the below return and refund guidelines.
1. No Refunds on Completed Services
Once a service has been rendered, delivered, or approved by the client (wholly or in part), it is considered final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
Web design and development
Graphic design work (logos, branding, etc.)
Marketing campaigns or ad spend management
Business consultation hours
2. Deposit & Advance Payment Policy
All services require a 50%–100% upfront payment, depending on the project scope.
Deposits are non-refundable unless XFY Tech is unable to begin the project due to internal constraints.
3. Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)
If the client cancels the service before any work has started, and no project resources (e.g., designs, documents, consultations) have been delivered, a partial refund may be issued, minus administrative or planning fees already incurred.
4. Digital Deliverables Are Final
Due to the customized nature of digital services, including web files, graphics, and strategy documents, all deliverables are considered final and non-returnable once shared or deployed.
5. Revisions vs. Refunds
We aim to meet your expectations with clear communication and revision rounds. Clients are encouraged to request revisions as per their project agreement. Refunds will not be issued in place of revisions.
6. Service Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with a delivered service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns within the original project scope. Disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Non-refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in cases involving:
Delay caused by lack of client response or material submission
(i) Change of mind after project commencement
(ii) Services delivered in full per the agreed scope
(iii) Marketing campaigns with spent ad budgets
(iv) Client failure to review or request revisions in time
